Racers and teams wanting to participate in this event should first read the SuperbikeShooutout Racer Requirements before registering for this event.
Licensing
All riders must complete, sign, notarize and send back to the AFM via email or snail mail the 2014 AFM Application. For Pro license holders there is no AFM license fee but the application must be completed and notarized.

Please include a photocopy or scan of the rider’s Pro license or reciprocity license. If there is a problem getting a notarization done, the AFM will have a few at the track and be able to assist during the event.
Fees
Entry Fee is $350 per class, which includes two weekend crew passes. Additional crew passes are $25 and are available at registration. Please contact president@afmracing.org for special needs/ requests.
Transponder Rental is $60 for both days and will be available at AFM technical inspection.
Registration
Email your entry to entry@afmracing.org. The AFM will hand enter you into your classes and collect a credit card at the Sonoma event upon check-in, OR invoice your team at your request.

Pro class riders are able to enter AFM sprint races per rules of the series. The rules packages for the 600 and 1000cc pro classes also allow legal entry into the following classes:

Additionally, with enough early signups, 3J’s has agreed to designate a practice group for pros/semi pros to keep the traffic to a minimum, on track.
Should your team decide to test on 4/30, Sonoma Raceway has agreed to store any haulers/ transporters from 4/30 to Friday 5/2 move-in time.
Garages
Garages are based on a first come/ first serve basis for Pro Teams. Payment for the garages is made trackside and will be coordinated by our garage coordinator. Upon a reservation sent to president@afmracing.org, we will confirm with each team their garage reservation and where they would like to be placed within the available remaining doors. Garages are $150/ door for the weekend.

Camping
Camping has been arranged with Sonoma Raceway for the weekend. Please email president@afmracing.org to request a spot and get details. The AFM has arranged for Pro rider camping to be above the paddock on the parking lot next to the Sonoma administration building on the hill as per the previous location.

The AFM wants the teams, riders, fans and support staff to have an easy, relaxed registration and weekend event. The AFM would love for everyone to participate in their sprint races when possible and looks forward to hosting your teams for this fully excellent weekend. Please do not hesitate to inquire about recommendations for local area hotels, restaurants, etc.
